How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order.
Once the order is processed and ready, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number usually within 2-3 business days of order placement.
Are there delivery costs?
Shipping is free within the European Union.
Shipping outside the EU costs €12.
What is the delivery time?
The order takes 2-3 business days to be processed once placed.
Shipping in the Netherlands takes 2-3 business days; 3-5 business days for the rest of the EU and 10-15 business days for the rest of the world.**
** We cannot control delays due to couriers and the weather.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally, the shipping cost is free within the EU and €12outside the EU. The delivery time will vary according to the destination country.
How can I return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days of order receipt.
Please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com with your order number and the reason for the return request.
We will email you the return label (in the EU, outside the EU you will have to send the parcel back with the courier of your choice and a tracking number)
You may also return your item in person in Amsterdam to the Spoom Store: Cornelis Troostplein 5hs, 1072 JJ, Amsterdam.
What are the rules concerning returning items?
Coats must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
The items you return must be undamaged, in the original condition, unworn and unwashed. (Except for trying for fit)
We check all returned clothing for stains and odors.
When returning the coat. The garment should be sent back with the original labeling and packaging.
How long does it take to process a return?
It takes us 2-3 business days to process your return request.
Upon receipt of your package we will take 2-3 business days to check the items and issue the refund upon approval. The timeline for the funds to appear on your account will depend on your payment method and bank.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
Unfortunately at this time we do not accept exchanges. You would have to return your item and place a new order or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry and we will do our best to help you out.
